2. Nitrogen Upgrade Construction Authorization -
   To consider and act upon a resolution with respect to the appropriation and borrowing authorization for costs associated with the construction of improvements to the Mattabassett District Wastewater Treatment Facility to provide for the treatment and removal of nitrogen in accordance with requirements of the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and federal law, and to accommodated projected additional flow capacity needs through the 2030 design year of up to 35 million gallons per day.
3. Resolution Authorizing any three of the following, William P. Candelori, Board Chairman, Doug Sienna, District Secretary, and Brian W. Armet, Executive Director, to file the Clean Water Fund Application and execute the agreement on behalf of The Mattabassett District
