Board of Directors

Three towns – Berlin, Cromwell and New Britain – appoint volunteer Directors who bring to the District a variety of experience and background. The Board of Directors meets monthly to provide guidance, oversight and financial control to the operation. The Board's committees (Finance, Engineering, Human Resources and Property Management) interact regularly with its management staff. Following is a list of current board officers, committee assignments, and town affiliations.
