| Plant Superintendent | Engineering or Related Degree or Equivalent Experience, and Grade 4 Certified Operator |
| Operations Manager | Science or Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience, and Grade 4 Certified Operator |
| Maintenance Manager | Maintenance and Maintenance Management Experience |
| Laboratory Manager | Chemistry/Science or Biology Degree and Experience |
| Laboratory Technician | Chemistry/Science or Biology Degree |
| District Engineer | Engineering Degree and Professional Engineer's License |
| Bookkeeper | Accounting Degree and/or Experience |
| Shift Supervisors (6) | Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience and Grade 3 Certified Operator |
| Operators (7) | Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience, and Grade 1 Certified Operator within one year |
| Maintenance (9) | Instrumentation & Computer Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics |
