Executive Director	Engineering Degree and a Professional Engineer
Plant Superintendent	Engineering or Related Degree or Equivalent Experience, and Grade 4 Certified Operator
Operations Manager	Science or Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience, and Grade 4 Certified Operator
Maintenance Manager	Maintenance and Maintenance Management Experience
Laboratory Manager	Chemistry/Science or Biology Degree and Experience
Laboratory Technician	Chemistry/Science or Biology Degree
District Engineer	Engineering Degree and Professional Engineer's License
Bookkeeper	Accounting Degree and/or Experience
Shift Supervisors (6)	Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience and Grade 3 Certified Operator
Operators (7)	Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience, and Grade 1 Certified Operator within one year
Maintenance (9)	Instrumentation & Computer Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics
